Return Policy

Item doesn’t fit? That’s okay! To start a return, please email us at ensleygracedesigns@gmail.com

Returns will not be accepted if there are damages, odor, or other markings. Cannot be washed prior to return. Must be returned with original tags still attached. Sale items are not eligible for return. Refunded through store credit only.

Shipping: All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 10 days from delivery date or you will not be eligible for return. You are responsible for shipping costs.

PPU: If you selected local pickup, items must be returned to the original pickup location within 10 days of receiving your “ready for pickup” notification or you will not be eligible for return.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order.
