Return Policy

Item doesn’t fit? That’s okay! To start a return, please email us at ensleygracedesigns@gmail.com

Returns will not be accepted if there are damages, odor, or other markings. Cannot be washed prior to return. Must be returned with original tags still attached. Custom items are not eligible for return. Sale items are not eligible for return. Refunded through store credit only.

Shipping: All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 10 days from delivery date or you will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping costs.

PPU: If you picked up your item, it must be returned to the pickup location within 10 days of pickup or you will not be eligible for return.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order.
